Magenta Maids is owned and operated by a Tampa Bay native. After years of cleaning her own home she realized how much of a difference a professional cleaning service could make, and decided to start Magenta Maids in order to provide other people that same experience and feeling. Our goal is to provide high-end cleaning services for condos, residential homes, and small businesses.

Initial or Deep Cleaning
Our Initial or Deep Clean services offer comprehensive and meticulous cleaning to revitalize your home. This extensive cleaning service ensures every corner of your home is meticulously attended to and maintained, providing a fresh and inviting environment.
This all inclusive service features:
- Microwave Oven: Detailed interior and exterior cleaning to remove food residues, ensuring your microwave looks polished and performs like new.
- Stovetop Oven: Detailed exterior cleaning to eliminate grease and grime, leaving your stovetop sparkling. (Interior optional at an additional fee. See add-ons.)
- Refrigerator: Exterior cleaning to remove smudges, fingerprints, mineral buildup, and spills, enhancing the overall appearance of your appliance. (Interior optional at an additional fee. See add-ons.)
- Baseboards: We Perform Intensive cleaning to remove dust and dirt buildup, giving your baseboards a fresh finish.
- Doors and Walls: Spot cleaning to address stains and marks, ensuring a fresh and clean look throughout your home. (Results vary depending on paint finish.)
- Cabinets: Exterior cleaning to wipe away fingerprints, dust, and grime, restoring the shine of your cabinetry.

Recurring Services
Our recurring services are meant to maintain the initial deep clean that was performed during your first cleaning. These items are kept up to the Magenta Standard on a customized frequency that works with your budget and schedule. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring services. You may tailor your cleanings with add-ons such as dishes and laundry.

We’re happy to discuss general pricing information, but for detailed pricing, we first need a completed contact form. It helps us understand your specific needs and provide you with the most accurate estimate.
The time it takes to complete a job all depends on the size of the home, how often you utilize our services and the amount of traffic your home has.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality cleaning and pay attention to small details that other cleaning services do not. We offer a comprehensive clean every time at a competitive rate.
You may pay electronically through the link included in the invoice sent via email and text with a Debit or Credit Card. To schedule services, we require a deposit and your card to be kept on file. All payments are made through our secure processing software.
No, you do not need to be home during your scheduled cleaning. Most of our clients choose not to be present. In such cases, we can use a spare key, garage access/remote access, or gain entry through your building’s concierge. If you have specific instructions or security concerns, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
No you do not need to provide anything to our team. We do know that some clients prefer to provide us the supplies and equipment needed to clean their home. So this is based on each client’s personal preference
No problem! We ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule your service. If you provide less than 48 hours’ notice, a fee equal to half of the scheduled service cost may apply. If you are traveling or have specific timing needs, please let us know so we can work to accommodate your schedule. We understand that emergencies do occur and will allow a maximum of 2 annually without penalties.
We believe that it is best to send the same team every time. This way the job is done as efficiently as possible. If we are unable to send the same team please trust that all of our team members have gone through extensive training to provide the best quality cleaning.
Yes! Though tips are not expected we do allow our teams to accept them. We have many clients that tip a little at the end of each service and some who like to give a bonus at the end of each year.
We realize it may take more time and effort during the initial cleaning to bring a home up to the Magenta standard. This is to ensure that all subsequent cleanings can be done in the shortest amount of time.
No problem! In fact our company loves them! We only ask that if your pet is aggressive that they be kept outside, in the garage or be placed in a crate for the safety of our team. It is best to have them put away prior to the arrival of our team.
Please pick up any clutter off of counter tops, table tops and items off the floor. Other than that leave the rest up to us!

*To maintain the quality of your service, it’s important to keep up with your scheduled maintenance cleanings throughout the year.Your maintenance cleanings are scheduled to ensure that you continue to receive quality service; we request that you maintain your cleaning services. This means if you need to reschedule a regularly scheduled cleaning, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The rescheduled cleaning must be completed within 5 days of the original date. For travel accommodations, we request at least one week’s notice. If you missed a scheduled cleaning and more than 4 weeks time has lapsed between your maintenance it may require us to perform an initial deep clean.
