Magenta Maids is owned and operated by a Tampa Bay native. After years of cleaning her own home she realized how much of a difference a professional cleaning service could make, and decided to start Magenta Maids in order to provide other people that same experience and feeling. Our goal is to provide high-end cleaning services for condos, residential homes, and small businesses.

Initial Deep Clean or Move In/Out Clean

This service is a complete, comprehensive clean that will leave your home sparkling. Starting from the top down, we’ll focus on all areas of your home and leave them looking like new. This one time service is designed to give your home the foundation for monthly, weekly or bi-weekly cleanings. Our expert team will come out and perform all the same cleaning tasks we offer throughout our standard maintenance packages, but will focus on details such as fans, light fixtures, baseboards, windows, interior appliances and much more!

Seasonal/Quarterly Deep Clean

Planning an event or holiday get-together? This is a great service for families or individuals who want to ensure their home is spotless before hosting a large party or gathering. We’ll deep clean all areas of the home, including bathrooms and appliances, so your home stays in top shape for any occasion. A seasonal cleaning solution will help keep you on track with cleaning when things get hectic throughout the year, allowing you more time with your loved ones.

Exterior Window Cleaning

Exterior window cleaning can be a chore, but it doesn’t have to be. Let us take care of your exterior windows, so you can sit back and enjoy the view. We’ll clean and polish all exterior window surfaces, including frames and sills. This service should be done on a quarterly basis but we will need to complete an assessment prior to pricing.

Monthly Maintenance

Every month is a fresh start. Recharge and refresh with a full service clean guaranteed to reduce allergens and make your home feel like new again. This service is ideal for low traffic homes and should be done once every month. You may need more frequent services if you have high traffic areas or pets in your home. 

Bi-Weekly Maintenance

We are here to help make your life easier by providing our bi weekly cleaning service. This package is suitable for medium traffic homes. This service includes all areas of the home and should be done every 2 weeks. We will ensure that your house stays clean and tidy so that you can focus on other things that matter to you.

Weekly Maintenance

Let us make your life easier so you can enjoy a fresh and clean home with our weekly cleaning service that is suitable for homes with high traffic areas, or homes that prefer to maintain a tidy and presentable environment. Our experienced team will thoroughly clean your home including all areas, such as bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms and living room.

We do not offer detailed pricing without first completing a consultation. We offer this at no cost and with no obligation.

The time it takes to complete a job all depends on the size of the home, how often you utilize our services and the amount of traffic your home has.

We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality cleaning and pay attention to small details that other cleaning services do not. We offer a comprehensive clean every time at a competitive rate.

We offer many ways to make payments. However we do not accept any personal checks. You may pay electronically through Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, or our online portal on our website.

No, in fact most of our customers are not home when we arrive. In these cases we are typically given a spare key or garage access.

No you do not need to provide anything to our team. We do know that some customers prefer to provide us the supplies and equipment needed to clean their home. So this is based on each client’s personal preference

No problem but please allow us at minimum 24 hours advance notice.

We believe that it is best to send the same team every time. This way the job is done as efficiently as possible. If we are unable to send the same team please trust that all of our team members have gone through extensive training to provide the best quality cleaning.

Yes! Though tips are not expected we do allow our teams to accept them. We have many clients that tip a little at the end of each service and some who like to give a bonus at the end of each year.

We realize it may take more time and effort during the initial cleaning to bring a home up to the Magenta standard. This is to ensure that all subsequent cleanings can be done in the shortest amount of time.

No problem! In fact our company loves them! We only ask that if your pet is aggressive that they be kept outside, in the garage or be placed in a crate for the safety of our team. It is best to have them put away prior to the arrival of our team.

Please pick up any clutter off of counter tops, table tops and items off the floor. Other than that leave the rest up to us!

*Your maintenance cleanings are scheduled to ensure that your home is maintained throughout the year. To ensure that you continue to receive quality service, we request that you maintain your cleaning services. This means that if you need to change the dates of your regularly scheduled cleaning, please call us at least 24 hours prior. If you miss a scheduled cleaning, or too much time has elapsed between your maintenance it may require us to perform an initial deep clean.
